• How do I place an order or receive information about my order?
The D|SHOP is an online shop available around the clock every day of the week. Döhler Direct Sales can be reached by calling +49 (0)6151 306 0.

• Where can I obtain information about prices?
The list prices for each product can be found in the D|SHOP. The total amount of your purchases will be displayed in your shopping basket.

• Whom can I contact if I have any technical questions about products or applications?

• How long does it usually take to process an order?
When placing your order, we will directly send you a confirmation that your order has been received. This will be shortly followed by an order confirmation, which will also be sent by email.

• When and how will my order be dispatched?
In the event of availability, your order will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days, or on your desired delivery date.

• What are the payment conditions?
The payment conditions are described in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. When placing your first order, payment can only be made by credit card or PayPal.

• How can I track the delivery status of my order?

• How can I change or update my account?
If you wish to make changes to your account, please send an email to the Customer Service.

• I cannot log in!
First check whether you are using the correct user name and password. If you are unable to log in, please delete your browser cookies and try again. If you are still unable to log in, please contact our Customer Service.

• I have forgotten my password!
If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot your password?” when logging in. You will shortly receive an email with new login data.

• What do I do if I have a tax exemption?
If you have a tax exemption, please send the certificate to our Customer Service. We require approximately 1-2 working days for processing.

• Where do I find information on the terms and conditions of delivery?
The terms and conditions of delivery are included in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are attached to every order confirmation. They are also available here.

• What information is required to place my order?
You need to provide the following details to place an order with the D|SHOP:
Delivery and invoice address
First and last name
Company
Email address
VAT No. (value-added tax number)
Desired delivery date, if applicable
Your order number / customer number, if applicable

• Will my price agreements with Döhler be taken into account when ordering online?
The list prices are shown in the D|SHOP. If you log in as an existing customer, your price agreements can be viewed in your basket.
